Can I also find Pre-Owned watches at GASSAN Schiphol?

It is not possible to purchase Pre-Owned watches at GASSAN Schiphol. However, we do offer this possibility at GASSAN Pre-Owned and HOUSE of GASSAN in the city center of Amsterdam.

Can I buy Rolex watches at GASSAN Schiphol?

Service and warranty

How long do I have warranty on my jewellery or watch purchases?

The warranty period may differ from product to product. If you are not sure what the warranty terms are for your purchase, please send a copy of your invoice and your question to info@GASSANschiphol.nl.

Outside Schiphol, can I go somewhere else for warranty/repair?

GASSAN offers worldwide service at GASSAN sales locations. For questions about your warranty or ongoing repair, please contact info@GASSANschiphol.nl.


Can I also buy products from you on the way back?

Yes, it is possible to make purchases on arrival Terminal 1 (including transfers). However, you must show your valid boarding pass when making your purchase. Please note that it is not possible to access the shops at certain departure halls.

Can I also make purchases before customs?

GASSAN Schiphol can only be found on the airside. So you can only make purchases when you are going to fly.

Do I have to declare the purchased goods when I return to the Netherlands?

You can find the rules for this on the website of the Belastingdienst. We advise you to read the applicable provisions carefully.


Can I exchange or return products?

You can exchange or return your product at one of our GASSAN Schiphol sales locations, subject to a number of conditions and the maximum return period of 14 days. For any questions, please contact info@GASSANschiphol.nl.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, you can reserve certain items for your flight. If interested, please send a request via info@GASSANschiphol.nl. Please note that reservations longer than two weeks require a 20% deposit.

I have not found what I am looking for. Can I order a product?

GASSAN Schiphol offers the possibility to order certain products. Please contact our customer service via info@GASSANschiphol.nl and include a reference number and your flight details.

Are all watch and jewellery purchases at GASSAN actually cheaper than in any Dutch city?

GASSAN deducts the Tax-free price level amount included in your purchase when travelling within the EU. As a result, our prices are often lower than elsewhere in the Netherlands. Schiphol can tell you more or the taxfree scheme.

Can I shop tax-free at GASSAN at Schiphol Airport?

At GASSAN Schiphol, you can shop at tax-free level retail prices before your flight, regardless of your destination or nationality. Please note: An exception is Rolex purchases in departure hall 1 for passengers residing within Schengen/EU
