General Terms and Conditions GASSAN Surprises
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the “Christmas Promotion” of GASSAN Schiphol B.V., hereinafter referred to as “the Christmas Promotion”. By participating in the Christmas promotion in question, the participant agrees to the General Terms and Conditions below.
Customers of GASSAN Schiphol B.V. will be given the choice of selecting a gift upon a minimum spend of €750, being seven hundred and fifty euros. The gifts provided consist of pre-packaged exclusive GASSAN gifts.
Employees of GASSAN Diamonds B.V. and/or GASSAN Schiphol B.V. and external parties with whom GASSAN Diamonds and/or GASSAN Schiphol B.V. collaborates are excluded from participation.
Article 1 – Duration of the Christmas Promotion
1.1 The Christmas Action is valid from 22 December 2023 to 26 December 2023, hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Period”.
Article 2 – Participation in the Christmas Promotion
2.1 Participation in the Christmas Promotion is open to anyone who meets the conditions that have been set.
2.3 Participation is open to travellers who can produce a valid boarding pass and are 18 years of age or older.
2.4 Each participant may only use the Christmas campaign once.
Article 3 – Redeemability of the gift
3.1 The gift awarded through the Christmas Promotion is not redeemable for cash, gift vouchers or other goods.
3.2 The gifts are carefully selected gifts. The items available may vary.
Article 4 – Other Provisions
4.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Netherlands and shall be interpreted in accordance with such laws.
4.2 In cases not provided for in the Christmas Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Executive Board of GASSAN Schiphol B.V. will decide.
4.3 GASSAN Schiphol B.V. reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion Terms or the Promotion at any time if this is deemed necessary.
Article 5 – Complaints procedure
5.1 For any questions, complaints or comments about the Christmas Promotion, please use the contact form. When doing so, always mention the name of the Christmas Promotion. GASSAN Schiphol B.V. aims to respond within three working days.
